Tube line
|
Our tube production line is composed by single extruder, 1-5 layers rotary molder, vacuum setting, crawler belt haul off, slitting and rewinder.
The line used to be applied for processing PE,PP,PVC,PA,PU,PS,ABS polymers, with tube diameter from 1-50mm, final product could be used for transferring liquid and gas.
Our line is tailor made according to customer’s special request, with advantage of high production speed, stable and consistent operation, well-distributed tube making. We provide two type of line: standard line and precise line. The standard line applies motor control system, temperature control panel made by Japan. The precise line applies German made motor and moderator, control system from Siemens Germany, MD temperature control system made by West,England, pressure sensor made by dynsico,US, tension control system provided by Re, Italy.
