Sausage casing line used to be applied to produce plastic casing for meat packaging, the line is compose of extruders, molder(Die),film bubble setting system, pre-heating system, film drawing devices, film thermo setting devices, rewinding and control system.
We also provide both standard and precise type of casing lines. The standard line applies motor control system, temperature control panel made by Japan. The precise line applies German made motor and moderator, control system from Siemens Germany, MD temperature control system made by West,England, pressure sensor made by dynsico,US, tension control system provided by Re, Italy. The lines could be applied to process broad range of polymers such as: PE 、EVA、EAA、EMA PA(PA6、PA66、PA6/66、PA6/66/12)、、SELAR-PA 、Ionomer、EVOH or etc.
